Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP) Cohort
The Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP) Cohort includes encounters in MS-DRG 713-714.
To leverage this cohort:
- Profile filters: In the Profile Editor, add the cohort as a profile filter. With this option, you can further customize the profile with additional filters.

Cohort inclusions
To be eligible for this cohort, the encounter must have an MS-DRG for a TURP procedure (one of: 713-714).
Cohort exclusions
Encounters are excluded from this cohort if they are:
- admitted from the ED or as a transfer
- discharged AMA
